We typically only accept deposits via Venmo or PayPal. We prefer the remaining balance be paid in cash when you pick up your puppy. We do not accept checks at the time of pick up. If we are shipping your puppy, please contact us for other payment options.
Pick order is based on the order in which the deposits are received. Families will choose their puppy on the same day they pick up their puppy. We don't allow visitors before the pick up date, in order to protect the health of the puppies. We will send/post pictures of the puppies each week so families can watch them change & grow! Due to our busy schedules, we try to schedule all pick up appointments for each litter on the same day. We schedule the appointments back to back in the order picks will be made. Please check with us prior to placing your deposit to see when the pick up date for your litter is scheduled.
We do not allow visitors before the pick-up date. There are several reasons for this, the most important one being to protect our precious puppies who haven’t developed full immunity to harmful diseases yet. Also, we frequently have clients from all over the country. It is difficult for them to make multiple visits to us, therefore it is generally a smoother process if everyone can choose & pick up their puppy on the same date. We will post weekly pictures so families on our reservation list can watch the puppies growing & changing.
All of our puppies come with limited AKC registration. Limited AKC registration means no breeding/showing rights. The puppy can still participate in obedience & agility competitions. We do not offer unlimited AKC Registration/Breeding Rights. Your puppy should be spayed/neutered by 1 year old or at the age recommended by your vet.
We often have families from all over the country, and we are super proud of this! If you can't pick up your puppy in person, there are a couple of options.
Option 1: You can fly into the Atlanta or Chattanooga airport and fly back with your puppy as carry on. Some families do this and rent a car to come to us, or we can meet you at the Atlanta airport for a $250 fee.
Option 2: Personal delivery is offered depending on location and availability. This is a convenient service offered by my granddaughter, the fee for this is typically $1 a mile each way.
